Exchanges + Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange.

EXCHANGE:

1. If you wish to exchange any item, please contact us at info@leanaswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

2. Provide your name, order number and what item(s) you wish to exchange.

3. Once the exchange is initiated, you will be provided with the address.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will contact you with updates regarding the exchange process.

Please note, the item(s) you wish to exchange must be in original condition with original packaging and ALL tags attached, including the hygiene sticker. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused and sent back to customer. Exchanges are only available for US customers. 

 

As a small business with limited inventory, we are currently unable to offer returns. While this may cause some inconvenience, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, final sale items are not eligible for an exchange. 

 

Leana Swim will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs to exchange or return the item(s). If the item(s) does not reach us safely, we will not be held responsible.

 

Do not send items without first contacting us – they will be sent back to you.
